The AKCAS group brings your staff together to sing; we provide a more holistic approach with an emphasis on correcting and/or checking in on how they breathe. We dive deeper into the breath work and relaxation side of things. Holistic tips include some yoga, facial yoga, tai chi and more...
Incorrect breathing makes conditions like asthma, low energy levels, anxiety, stress, diabetes etc worse. Research has found that the breathing exercises used by professional singers can positively transform the well being of people in just 2 weeks [ Dr Belissa Vranich, author of the book Breathe ].
As well as great song choices our workshops uplift participants. The combo of breath work and singing has positive health benefits.
